"I'm really not feeling very well..." Ledger says at one point during his last moments in front of a camera.
Many believe that Heath Ledger's last film will be his upcoming film "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus." That's close, but his last words on film will actually be in footage that was shot offstage during the making of "The Imaginarium" where we get to see Ledger being himself on set. It's within these splices of film that Ledger shows a more intimate side. I consider them some of his last words on film because they'll be his own words on stage and not those of a character he plays. Off-stage he plays around with the staff, shares thoughts with others, and shows his good sense of humour.
There's about 11 minutes of off-stage action where we'll get to see Ledger not acting as anyone other than himself. Unfortunately, most of the film lacks any audio. So two lip-readers have been hired to decipher most of what Ledger said. Some parts are unclear but most of it is understandable.
Selena Lohan, one of the lip-readers of Ledger said: "We got to know him so well... he's got such a sense of humour. He's so playful." She and her husband watched the footage for three hours, "We were able to fill out what he was saying and some of it was cheeky, a little sassy and rude."
The complete transcript of what was said, how the footage will be released and for what purpose has all yet to be revealed.

...and they're some of his last words on film because they'll be his own?
